A new industry event for independent marketing agencies will take place in London this autumn. The Festival of New Business is scheduled for 7 October 2025 at One Birdcage Walk, bringing together agency leaders, founders and senior marketers for a day of discussion and learning.
Organised by Pimento, a UK network of independent agencies and consultants, the event aims to provide a platform for examining how agencies can adapt to rapid changes in technology, client expectations and market pressures.
The programme will feature keynote addresses, panel debates and practical workshops. Topics include the use of AI in marketing, data-driven lead generation, client retention, and the impact of procurement on agency growth.
Speakers already confirmed include:
George – on resilience and personal growth.

Peter Boutros – on scaling relationships through client conversations.

Ajaz Ahmed – on what clients expect from agencies today.

Katie Street – on trust and people-focused marketing.

Simon Rhind-Tutt – on building growth from existing client relationships.

The UK marketing agency sector is forecast to be worth nearly £25 billion in 2025, with digital services accounting for the majority of revenue. Organisers say the festival will give professionals an opportunity to share strategies and insights at a time of considerable change.
The day will close with a networking reception for attendees. More details and registration are available via the Eventbrite page.
