Tutor Doctor, the global in- home and online tutoring franchise, reports a strong performance in the UK this year with 14 new inked agreements and 11 new franchisees launching their businesses. As demand for its services launch to support the pandemic learning gap, Tutor Doctor’s Q3 profit growth is over five percent and deals growth by 38 percent compared to the former time. Amid this emotional performance, the brand is on track to grow to 160 franchise units as it continues to expand with both single and multi-unit owners.

Fuelling its growth, Tutor Doctor has made significant ways to invest in people development and performance, from franchise owners to teachers and students. This time Tutor Doctor added Innovation Outfits- cross functional brigades that unite with franchisees-to enhance supereminent generation, develop product immolations and enhance deals training practices. The franchise has also introduced performance and skill development tools for head office platoon members, which will also be rolled out to franchisees coming time as an Academy.

More recently two franchisees were named as Tuition Mates by the National Tutoring Programme (NTP), the UK Government- funded scheme, to address literacy loss during the COVID-19 epidemic.”
